The Nooka concept is based on a more intuitive way of telling time. Conceived while looking at a clock in London on a trip in 1997, Matthew asked himself if there was a more intuitive way to tell time. Thinking back to when he was in a grade one math class he wondered why time had to be taught - and why the options for time display were so limited. Taking a pen to a napkin he sketched 5 concepts that represented time in a linear and graphic manner. He drew time by giving it mass as it went forward and in turn creating an intuitive way to represent an abstract concept. Of the original 5 sketches, the zot, the zen, and the zoo.

SHIPPING

We offer shipping to any U.S. state, as well as Canada. We do ship internationally (please check our rates). All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout. All orders are shipped by UPS , 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available). Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses.

Orders placed before 1p.m. (PST) will be shipped the same day. If you have place your order after 1p.m. (PST), it will be shipped the next day.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item. To proceed with the return correctly, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package. If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.

Occasionally some items can be out-of-stock. For these items, they will be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs.

If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.

If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).

All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer’s financial institution.
