If you’ve ever gone thru our website, you may have noticed we haven’t had much content in our PICTORIAL section. This page along with our PLAYLIST section gets no love. We decided to get a little pro-active & start putting up more content to fill these pages up. To start, we called upon friend of the shop & 805 native Elle Navarro to help us build some content. We set up a little promo shoot along with a video piece to set it off. The results are picture perfect. Big thanks to Elle for putting in work. We recently took a trip to LA to visit some Hip Hop history. If you’re a true school hip hop head, we definitely recommend you visit The Hip Hop Grammy Museum in downtown LA. It displays artifacts that make up Hip Hop’s history including classic J’s, Dunks, vintage outfits worn from Eazy-E, LL Cool J, Run DMC & more. The museum is also home of Hip-Hop: A Cultural Odyssey, a 16-pound, leather-clad compendium that chronicles the entire history of hip-hop music and culture. The show runs until May 4th.

The Hundreds just opened up another retail shop in Santa Monica off of Broadway. This makes for their 4th retail shop. A pretty huge accomplishment for any brand. To celebrate the grand opening they had a party this past Friday & invited the crew. The buildout takes on the theme of their space being dipped in white paint. The execution of this theme came out top notch. Check the pics below. If you’re in the Santa Monica area be sure to give them a visit.
